Registration

• The prices listed are in US Dollars, USD$.
• Please note that a paper may be included in the final program only if an author has made the registration by July 31, 2026.
• Registration fee (regular or student) includes access to all the scientific sessions, conference bag containing final program and electronic proceedings, conference gift, coffee break, lunch, and all special functions including cocktail reception, welcome dinner, banquet, farewell party.
• Accompanying spouse registration fee covers all special functions (Cocktail reception, Welcome dinner, Banquet, Fairwell party)
• Credit card and bank transfer payments are accepted.
• Please note that your formal registration is finished after payment of registration fee.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Office.
• Cancellations received before 1 September 2026 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $250.00.
• Cancellations after this date will not be refunded except for hospitalized sickness of the participant within a week of the conference, where a doctor’s certificate is supplied.

Credit Card Payment

Registration fee can be paid with either PayPal or Credit/Debit Card in the below link:

When you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from
kstp@kstp.or.kr

The email will contain a link for them to download a payment receipt.
